Payment
Payment is made in connection with the order via Klarna or PayPal. Through Klarna you can pay by card, Swish or choose installment payment. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT.
Delivery
We deliver flowers within selected areas in the Stockholm region. The delivery cost varies depending on the zone and is clearly stated at checkout.
Delivery zones:
- Zone 1 – 99 SEK: Bromma and nearby areas
- Zone 2 – 139 SEK: Ekerö, Stenhamra and Skå
- Zone 3 – 139 SEK: Stockholm and nearby suburbs
- Zone 4 – 199 SEK: Munsö, Färentuna and Svartsjö
Same day: Same-day delivery is possible within Zones 1, 2 and 4. For same-day delivery, the order must be placed by 12:00. We deliver every day except Sundays. On public holidays, deviations may occur - please contact us if you are unsure.
Delivery: We always contact the recipient by phone before delivery. If you do not specify that we may place the flowers at the door, we need to be in contact. Remember to include any door code when ordering.
Cold weather: In cold weather, we do not place flowers outside the door without prior agreement with the recipient.
Funeral flowers: Only when delivering funeral flowers can we guarantee an exact delivery time window.
If the delivery is not completed: If we cannot reach the recipient, we will contact you as the customer to find a solution.
All cut flowers are packaged with water around the stems for best shelf life.
Right of withdrawal and complaints
Fresh flowers and floristry work are perishable goods and are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), Chapter 2, Section 11, Paragraph 3.
This means that we do not accept returns or issue refunds solely because you regret a purchase.
Complaint: If you are dissatisfied with an item or if something has gone wrong with the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please send a photo of the flowers. We assess each case individually and always strive to find a reasonable solution.
