What information do we collect?
When you purchase from our webshop, we collect the information you provide: name, address, telephone number, email address and details about your order. If you provide a different delivery address, the recipient's name and address are also saved.
We do not store any card details – payments are handled by our payment provider and processed securely outside of our environment.
Why do we process your data?
We process your personal data to:
- Fulfill and administer your order
- Contact you or the recipient regarding delivery
- Fulfill accounting obligations according to law
- Handle any complaints
Legal basis: Agreement (completion of purchase) and legal obligation (accounting).
How long do we store your data?
Order information is saved for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act. Contact information linked to delivery is deleted on an ongoing basis when it is no longer needed.
Do we share your information with others?
We share information only to the extent necessary:
- Klarna & PayPal – to complete the payment. These handle card details, Swish, Apple Pay and any partial payment in their own secure environments.
- Google – via Google Analytics (see cookies below) and Google reCAPTCHA which protects our forms
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – via Meta Pixel for marketing (see cookies below)
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to request:
- Access to the information we have about you
- Amendment of incorrect information
- Deletion of your information (to the extent that it does not conflict with the Accounting Act)
- Objection against treatment for marketing
