If you do not specify that we may place the flowers at the door, we need to be in contact. Remember to include any door code when ordering.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Cold weather:<\/strong> In cold weather, we do not place flowers outside the door without prior agreement with the recipient.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Funeral flowers:<\/strong> Only when delivering funeral flowers can we guarantee an exact delivery time window.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>If the delivery is not completed:<\/strong> If we cannot reach the recipient, we will contact you as the customer to find a solution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">All cut flowers are packaged with water around the stems for best shelf life.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Right of withdrawal and complaints<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">Fresh flowers and floristry work are perishable goods and are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), Chapter 2, Section 11, Paragraph 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">This means that we do not accept returns or issue refunds solely because you regret a purchase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>Complaint:<\/strong> If you are dissatisfied with an item or if something has gone wrong with the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
